Platte Food Center
We currently offer delivery services for local residents within a 3 mile radius of Platte and with no extra delivery charges. We do deliveries every Thursday afternoon, but we will do curbside delivery if needed sooner. If you like to use this service, give us a call at 1-605-337-3325 and place your order! Platte Food Center will continue to be open every day at our normal hours for the time being. We encourage those who do not need to use this service to continue using our store location for all of your grocery needs!
- If possible, please only have one person from your family come into the store right now. I know this is easier said than done, but if that doesn’t work for you, we would be happy to bring your groceries curbside, or we would deliver them to you without a delivery fee.
- Speaking of delivery or curbside service, please give us an appropriate amount of time to get your groceries ready. It is not feasible for us to have your order ready a few minutes after you call, so please know we will do it as quickly as we can.
- We ask for the time being that you leave reusable bags at home.
- We are doing our very best to keep our store stocked and our prices competitive. Our warehouse has put limits on how many cases of product that we can order, so you might continue to see some products that we are out of. Some items with increased demand have seen a price increase, and in turn our costs have increased with them, so you may see a slightly higher cost on the shelf. We will not mark up items just to inflate profits, as soon as the costs go down, our shelf price will adjust accordingly.
- As always, we will continue to clean our store regularly. However, we are out of sanitizing wipes. We have bleach water buckets at the front of the store that we use to wipe down our tills and carts. We also have plastic gloves available up front if you so choose to have them.
- Please use good judgement and buy only what you need so that everyone has a chance to buy the items that are in high demand. The only items that we specifically have limits on right now are potatoes and toilet paper, and we would like to keep it that way.
- At this time, we will not be accepting returns on any items.

Lieuwen’s Hardware
To all our Senior Citizens.
Because it is recommended that you stay away from crowds of people for a time we are offering free delivery service. You can call Lieuwen’s Hardware, 1-605-337-3141, and tell us what you need, then you can either give us a credit/debit card number or you can pay us when we drop it off. Delivery will be the same day but it may be after we close. If you want to pick it up just come on down and call us when you’re parked and we’ll run it out to you. This is new for us so we’ll do our best, we may need to adjust things a bit. We don’t have a rule on a minimum purchase, (I’ve always hated rules) so please be reasonable. Have a great day!

With our customers, employees and communities being our top priority, we have been continuing to monitor any changes with COVID-19.
With the Center for Disease Control’s (CDC) gathering guidelines being groups of ten or fewer, First Fidelity Bank feels at this time it is best to close all lobbies and perform transactions via drive-up window, mobile banking, online banking or phone call.
Effective March 20th until further notice, access to the inside of our branches will be available by appointment only. All our services will continue to be available to you. To schedule an appointment, please call your local branch – you will be screened before entry. FFB is taking this critical step, along with many others, to help with social distancing, which has been identified as a key deterrent to the spread of the virus.

As the COVID-19 outbreak changes our daily routines, we want to highlight options you have at Hoffman Drug to minimize your risk of exposure as well as the risk to our employees, so we can continue to offer critical services as the outbreak progresses.
You may notice more often that you receive a busy signal when calling the store. We have a new TEXTING ONLY number in addition to our regular phone line that you may now use to communicate with us, 605-205-7779. You can text us your refill numbers, additional out-front medications you may need, or that you’re outside waiting for curbside pickup. Please remember to include your name with all texts.
In order to maintain the health of our employees and continue to efficiently serve our customers, the following suggestions are strongly encouraged:
1) Utilize curbside or delivery services to minimize exposure. Bring your own ink pen.
2) Ask us to securely link your credit/debit/HSA card to your family’s file for quick check-out while utilizing curbside or delivery services.
3) We can sync your medications in order to have them all filled on the same day to minimize trips to the store or deliveries to your home. Most insurance companies are allowing a one-time early fill because of COVID-19.
Our door is currently open, but that might change depending on how things progress. If we are forced to lock our doors due to community transmission, we would transition to ONLY curbside, home delivery or mailing.

Severson Oil & LP
Severson Oil and LP is still continuing regular hours (7:00 to 5:30). We limited entry to our business to the northeast door only. Our heating and cooling guys are all available for any service calls or new installs. The only thing we ask is that when you call for HVAC service, you tell us if anyone in your home is not feeling well. We will do extra precautions to protect our employees. If you have concerns about our employees entering your home, know that they all are taking the necessary precautions to protect you also.
